This accounts for our time spent together during intake/assessment, my research, outreach, discussions with therapists, and presentation of practitioners back to you.

Most psychotherapists we match with do not take insurance at this time. They are all able to provide you with monthly superbills for you to bill your insurance directly. Please speak with each provider about this individually during consultation.

We can match you with a therapist — locally in person, or virtually — in any state across the US.
Psychotherapists are required to be licensed in the state where they practice, so we'll make sure to connect you with someone who is licensed in your state specifically.
